The constructive simulation systems are the base elements for Computer Assisted Exercises (CAX). Despite to live or virtual simulations, there are the simulated actors (soldiers, vehicles, units, civilians etc.) in the simulated environment. People (operators) only stimulate the system entering input data, but they are not involved in determining the outcomes.
They enable interactions among exercise participants, represent synthetic environment status and its elements on a map, influence the running simulation by means of user controlled entities with automatic behaviour, in simulated environment.
They are usually used for unit or task force commander and staff training by means of CAX
Training is focused on planning, preparation and decision making improvement in combat or non-combat operations. The simulation develops proper reactions on dynamically changing situation, abilities of interaction and communication, and using simulation tools provides feedback of the exercise.
Due to extraordinary financial and time demandingness of such a systems development, an existing solution is usually adapted for the specific purposes. This adaptation of constructive simulation systems is developing by team of experts in the VR Group, a.s.
